This session will outline how we are supporting TAFE and the sector to build capacity for managing risks to quality, continuous improvement, and excellence in training outcomes as well as targeting and addressing risks to the integrity of VET.

ASQAs expectation is expectation that every provider demonstrates a clear and ongoing commitment to improving outcomes - delivering quality training, assessment and student experience. ASQA’s regulatory supervision and strategies recognise the diversity of the VET market and the significant variability in provider governance, quality, culture and capabilities across the sector. This approach recognises the regulatory and governance mechanisms that TAFE have in place and the opportunities to more proactively engage to support managed transition and assurance under revised Standards for RTO’s as well as support flexibility and innovation in delivery of VET.
